Airlines rush to copy 'three-for-one' deal American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, United and US Airways are offering similar "fly three round trips, get one free" promotions to attract passengers at higher fares. Continental, Delta and Northwest customers can earn a free ticket good for travel in the contiguous 48 states after flying three round trips on qualifying fares through Oct. 7. Some heavily discounted fares don't qualify. American, United and US Airways customers have through Sept. 30 to earn their tickets. Free tickets can be used Sept. 2, 2003-Dec. 31, 2004 on American, Continental, Northwest, United and US Airways. Delta customers can redeem the award Nov. 1, 2003-Dec. 31, 2004.
