No, the Wright Amendment says NO transportation may be offered between DAL and non-adjacent states/Kansas/Alabama unless the aircraft seats 58 or less. In other words, if you want to fly MDW to DAL, you will need to 2 tickets - one for MDW to an adjacent state and one from that state to DAL.
