Why the hell are you afraid of something that could save your life? If I know airline A has armed pilots and airline B doesn't, my butt is going to be sitting in a seat on airline A. Are you going to tell me with a straight face that you would trust with the lives of hundreds of people flying thousands of feet above the ground yet not trust him with a tool to save lives? Contrary to what the media will tell you, there are much more people saved by owning a gun then are accidently shot.
