Man charged with hiding knife in prosthetic leg at airport WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn. (AP) =97 State police say a New Hampshire man tried to= =20 smuggle a hunting knife onto a flight at Bradley International Airport by=20 hiding it in his prosthetic leg. Gunnar Kangas, 64, of West Chesterfield,=20 N.H., was arrested Thursday on charges of possession of a dangerous weapon= =20 and circumventing security. Kangas set off an alarm at a metal detector=20 Thursday morning when he walked through security on his way to a flight,=20 state police said. He kept walking, but security stopped him and found the= =20 knife while checking him with a hand-held metal detector, authorities told= =20 The Hartford Courant. Police seized the knife and released Kangas on a $400= =20 bond.
