Funny you mention the captain on your UA flight. Just returned from Thailand through Hong Kong with them and the captain came through the upper deck handing out B744 trading cards with his name on it. Very friendly guy and was really excited about the new direction of UA. Even had channel nine open the entire pacific crossing for me.
