ACCORDING TO THE REGULATION AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS IT IS I.A. PROHIBITED WITH CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS FOR USAMA BIN LADEN AL-QAIDA AND TALIBAN AND PERSONS GROUPS ORGANIZATIONS AND ENTITIES RELATED TO THESE TO ENTER OR TO BE IN TRANSIT THROUGH NORWEGIAN TERRITORY. FURTHERMORE IT IS FORBIDDEN FOR NORWEGIAN LEGAL PERSONS AND ANYONE STAYING IN NORWEGIAN TERRITORY TO SUBMIT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO THE MENTIONED PERSONS GROUPS ORGANIZATIONS AND ENTITIES WEAPONS AND OTHER RELATED MATERIALES INCLUDING I.A. AMMUNITION MILITARY VEHICLES AND OTHER MILITARY EQUIPMENT. THIS PROHIBITION ALSO APPLIES WHEN USING AIRCRAFT REGISTERED IN NORWAY.
