Not too far off being totally accurate.

Libyan Arab Air Cargo now has an An-124-100 with another on order, and
Buraq Air (also from Libya) is rumoured to want a Ruslan for cargo flights

Current operators of the An-124-100 are:

Antonov Airlines (ADB)
Libyan Arab Air Cargo
Polet
Volga-Dnepr
224th Flight Unit (Russian Air Force)
