Oh which I'm one of. I live between the two airports, with no traffic
issues I can be in long term parking in 20-25 minutes to both IAD and
DCA. I've taken 5 flights in a little under 5 months and 4 of the 5 have
been out of IAD. Just easier to get to traffic wise, from here in the
Tysons area, there are few places I can't go non stop from IAD that I can
get to from DCA, and the fares are normally equal or better. Now if I'm
leaving from work I like DCA (I work in Crystal City) but otherwise I keep
to IAD.

One question, what are the PTV's? Are those like the transporters we have
at IAD? In a way I'll be sad to see ours go, they are a neat way to see
the aircraft. Of course, to get rid of most them they need to finish the
tunnel for the tram, and they keep collapsing it as they build it, and I've
lost track where it is in process.
