There were only a handful of 737-100s built (mostly for Lufthansa) and I
believe they're all out of pax-carrying service now.

There may be more MD-81s around. Not sure in N. America who would have
any. Most I think are 82s (hot and high) and 83s (longer range).

Subject: 737-100 & MD81 Question

Hello to all,

Does anybody know which American Carriers might have or still use the:

737-100 and the MD-81 (DC-9-81); specifically these two types. I do
understand that no carrier might have operated both and I also
understand that these aircraft are from two different time frames
(eras).

Thanks to all.

JC
