The hotel operates a free van shuttle to/from Newark Airport's monorail, which serves EWR's terminals and rent-a-car locations. The airport can be reached from Manhattan using the Olympia Trails airport express bus, and from Penn Station in downtown Newark via either New Jersey Transit bus #62. The monorail has recently been extended to connect with NJT and Amtrak trains at a new station on the ex-PRR "Northeast Corridor" line.

Dealer tables are available at $70.00 per table, with a maximum of 4 tables sold to any dealer. Tables are on a first come, first served basis. Make checks payable to William Gawchik and send them to the address below.

Airline memorabilia shows feature a large variety of commercial airline items. These include crew insignia, aircraft models, books, magazines, postcards, photographs and slides, dining service items, ticket jackets, timetables, kiddie wings, baggage tags, menus and even air sickness bags (preferably unused). We encourage the public to bring any unwanted airline items to the show. If you wish to trade, sell or simply want more information about your items, someone at the show will be able to help. Chances are that you can find a good home for that old airline uniform, the timetables and aircraft postcards that the airlines used to give away, those old Kodachrome slides of airplanes taken at the airport or the junior wings you earned on your first flight are of real interest to collectors.

Interest in airline history has increased over the last few years. At our first New York area show in 1988, we had 3000 square feet of space with 50 display tables; this year we will have 7000 square feet of space with 120 display tables. Our organization, the Tri-State Airline Historical Society, is an affiliate of the World Airline Historical Society (WAHS), based in Miami, FL. The WAHS was formed in the mid-1970s to promote airline history and the preservation of commercial airline memorabilia.
