When the Transportation Security Administration was created, some of the Federal Aviation Regulations went with them, these two Parts of Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations, were "moved" over to Title 49 (Transportation). 14CFR 107 -> 49CFR 1542 14CFR 108 -> 49CFR 1544 Althougth there is new language in the 49CFR versions, searching for "photography" in editions current as of July 2002 revealed no hits.
