I though that the reason Icahn was so into "saving" TWA from the AA takeover was to keep his ticketing agreement in which he paid TWA 60 cents on the dollar for tickets and resold them through his Vegas based travel agency for whatever he chose...wasn't it lowestfare.com....20% off all TWA tickets.
