I wonder if there will be charges against their employers.
If they did their job, then this whole thing could be avoided.
As of now, asking the prospective employee to put an SSN in
the application form, and making 'em sign "I am a legal person"
under the employment form is pretty naive.

Got news for ya, pal...there aint no one running INS!  Thanks to
politicians
who court the votes of any newcomer we remain extremely vulnerable.
Hopefully one of these days everyone will understand that if you're not here
legally, you're not an undocumented worker.. you're an illegal!
