JetBlue director to cash in options, sell shares = = = = Thursday November 14, 5:45 PM EST = NEW YORK, Nov 14 (Reuters) - JetBlue Airways, the low-cost airline known = for its leather seats and live television, said in a regulatory filing on= Thursday that Ann Rhoades, one of its board members, has set up a plan t= o cash in some of her stock options and sell the shares. JetBlue, based in New York, did not specify in the 8K filing how many sha= res of stock and options were involved. The airline said Rhoades will sell the shares to diversify her portfolio = "while avoiding conflicts of interest or the appearance of any such confl= ict that might arise from her position with us." A JetBlue spokeswoman was not immediately available to offer comment or m= ore information.
