Aviation authorities in China's largest city have decided to route all international flights, including the relatively short hops from Hong Kong and Macau, through the new Pudong International Airport, an hour outside of town. The old Hongqiao airport in the Shanghai city center is now reserved for domestic flights only. The new policy took effect Sunday, Chinaonline reported.
