I=B9ll take your word for it being a 340-8000, but an A340 showed up in YVR for the APEC meeting about 4 years ago. The leader who used it was certifie= d to fly it and I=B9m quite sure it was 340-200. A quick check of the net indicates there are two 340-213s registered in Brunei, HZ-WBT4 is the one in question I believe. That would explain the Kingdom lettering and Arabic lettering. Of course, nationally held 747s and 340s seem to be all the rage, so it could be anyone now.
