Dear Gordo,

Good move on parking those Mad Dogs...the sooner you go all B737 narrowbodies
the better!  Now don't be such a Delta doofus by nickel and diming the public
to death with excess baggage fees and a $20 fee for a paper ticket.  Keep in
mind the object is to piss off your competition, not your customers!
