The irony is there, but more to the point, I wonder if this has more
to do with the economics of small mainline jets versus large regional
jets. I see lots of pressure on the smaller mainline jet fleets, but
continued (although less robust than pre 9-11) growth on the RJ
operations. Food for thought.
