The range vs payload A321 handicap keeps AmWest (A319,A320, B737 & B757) from
going all Bus.  With two hot and dry hubs, Cactus really needs the capacity
and range of those B757s to make money. Just like jetBlue has found out, the
A321 is too lacking and the A330 is way too much. Of course the economical
leases on those aging B757s keep them soldiering on at Cactus for the time
being!
