Personally, if they're going to add these surcharges to airfares, I'd
rather they be folded into the regular fare, that way people looking to
make reservations get a more accurate idea of what the trip really
costs.  People don't care that their airfare is $139 if they will end up
paying $190 with all the surcharges, taxes, and PFCs.
