the nightmare scenario here is a suicide bomber walking into an airport at
5pm rush hour....how do you stop it without stopping everyone outside?  Even
then, wherever crowds gather, you have a good target.

Of course, you might take the fight to the source or else the fight comes to
you NOT on your terms.

 in theory, sounds great for U.S. to adopt but in reality- with the current
situation being consumed with delays, any additional incrementally added
security measures, especially ones as robust as TLV/IST- we're gonna have
people who are gonna avoid flying as much as they can.
