In my past visits to the Bradley terminal, I've found El Al's staff at LAX to be among the friendliest airline employees I've dealt with. I've never flown on El Al, but, as an avid collector, I've visited their counter a few times over the years. Often, when I asked the agents for something, they'd give me not just what I asked for, but a couple of extra "goodies" that I hadn't asked for, that they thought I would enjoy. My heart goes out to the families of the innocent people killed in today's attack, and for a speedy recovery to those innocent people who were hurt. Joe Wolf
