Hi Tom, go to www.tsa.gov and go to the regs and look at 1544.211(e)(4). I guess you missed my posts from a couple months ago, but I tested the screeners knowledge on the very subject going though security and submitted reports to a few message boards and airliners.net. I was asked to report my experiences to the TSA hotline after each flight with my 35+ rolls of film...long story, but basically had no problem after showing the reg. I carried the regs with me and presented them to the screeners and supervisors when I encountered resistance..which happened at each airport. After presentation (with one exception where I had to press the issue) I had no problems.
