So you'd rather lose your job than work with management? Welfare is
better than letting those 'bastards' at HQ pay you less than your
(inflated) union wages?

Everyone freaks out about the pay for senior management, but they fail
to see the larger picture: very few people can operate a major
corporation, just like very few people can routinely hit a round ball
with a round bat out of the park. Both are paid according to their
unique abilities and the overall scarcity of such abilities.

employees won't support paycuts when their company is under duress.

It's because the people who run the show have golden parachutes and
could give a rats ass about the employees,
