It doesn't APPEAR to give an arrival time ("E1023P" means estimated), but
there's no arrival time. It appears to have left gate B2 in Detroit,
returned to gate B2, and then it left B2 again at 2318, with an estimated
(wrong!) arrival time in DAY of 2223.
Clarify? :-)
