You have any figures to back that up Steven.  The cost per seat mile for a FC
seat has to be higher than it is for a coach seat by virtue of the fact that
the fixed costs are spread over fewer seats in FC.  Then there is the fact
that the airlines spend more on catering in FC than they do in economy.
