I'm not sure about every airline or every airport, but Alaska Airlines
has advertisements in the local paper for ramp service jobs at the
Anchorage airport. Since all airlines increase service to Anchorage
in the summer, there are a lot of seasonal jobs among the
companies here, probably true of similarly-situated airports. They
are usually entry-level jobs, and the companies provide the basic
training, like airport codes and such.
Good luck!
