Hostile, Indifferent Airline Staff Still A Problem: Complaints Commissioner
Canada's Air Travel Complaints Commissioner has issued his third report
detailing a litany of passenger complaints against airlines. The report
says 65 per cent of the complaints concern Air Canada.
