Dennis,
I didn't fly first class but I flew Lufthansa and Turkish
since 9/11. The knives are still there..Delta on the other
hand switched to plastic stuff in their business class.
It's only corporate America that's dealing with this knife
issue. Give me a break, those knives were not even sharp
enough to cut the chicken!!!

Anyone fly first class internationally recently?   What are they doing with
the food services without knives.  I understand no knives allowed so no more
meat carved at your seats?  What do the passengers get to cut up the meal or
has the food gotten so bad that a spoon will suffice.
