Try stopping the prop, that will help, but Hershey bars tend to go down fast
(both the food and the airplane).  Try the old Arrow 200 or II, talk about a
manhole cover with wings.  The longer wing Pipers do glide quite a bit better
(aspect ratio ya know.)
