Tobago Express Dash-8 returns to service Tobago News The Tobago Express Dash-8 returned to full service on Tuesday. The only=20 plane servicing the airbridge route was damaged on Monday when a ground=20 maintenance truck hit the aircraft. Around 10 a.m. the truck was pulling=20 away from the Tobago Express Dash-8 aircraft when it dented the fuselage of= =20 the plane. The Dash-8 had already operated flights that morning and was=20 scheduled for more, BWIA=92s director of Corporate Communications Clint=20 Williams said on Tuesday. Tobago Express operates eight flights daily using= =20 the Dash-8. The aircraft sustained =93slight damage=94, Williams said. He= said=20 the plane was taken out of service and repaired by BWIA =97 a shareholder in= =20 Tobago Express =97 after which it was certified by international=20 representatives. With the aircraft out of service, passengers booked on=20 Tobago Express were transferred to one of BWIA=92s 737 jets which carried= the=20 combined load of the remainder of the Tobago Express flights on=20 Monday. Tobago Express will introduce a second Dash-8 aircraft on the=20 airbridge service on April 15.
