David, ITN is contracting it's services to other airlines. I am not sure if they provide the front end of the webpages too, but when you log on to United.com, Twa.com (pre-merger), or americawest.com, basically the front end is airline specific. Once you put the request through their webpages , the availability and all the other features are supplied by ITN. They also seem to do a good job in terms of tailoring the info according different airlines. BAHA Fan of ITN giving a better service than MS-Expedia. -----Original Message----- From: The Airline List [mailto:AIRLINE@LISTSERV.CUNY.EDU]On Behalf Of David Mueller Sent: Friday, March 29, 2002 6:38 PM To: AIRLINE@LISTSERV.CUNY.EDU Subject: Re: Airline Travel Agent Commissions on 3/29/02 12:06 PM, W Wilson at wlw-jr@att.net wrote: > I've seen one other > airline with the same format as itn, but can't recall who right now.
