Antique Boeing plane ditches in Seattle's Elliott Bay The Associated Press Published March 28 2002 SEATTLE - SEATTLE - A vintage four-engine passenger plane has ditched in Seattle's Elliott Bay. The Coast Guard says it rescued four people who were on board. The plane hit the water about 1:15 pm just off West Seattle and slowly started to sink. A boat is towing it toward shore.
