SEATTLE - SEATTLE - A vintage four-engine passenger plane has ditched in
Seattle's Elliott Bay.

The Coast Guard says it rescued four people who were on board.

The plane hit the water about 1:15 pm just off West Seattle and slowly
started to sink.

A boat is towing it toward shore. There's a sheen of oil in the water.

The plane took off from Boeing Field in Seattle at 12:30.

We will have more as this breaking news story develops.
