I am fairly certain the longest runway is 04/22 at Edwards AFB in
southern California. The concrete runway is 15,000 feet, plus 9,000
feet of dry lake bed, yielding a usable landing strip of 24,000 feet,
suitable for any aircraft (or returning spacecraft).
