I can confirm that out of 5 737s that sit in RNT these days 3 of them are
for
LUV, there is a Pegasus Airlines 737 with winglets that's getting last
checks
also.

Looks like LUV is what's keeping the people at RNT at work, whatever is left
of
them.

Remember those 19 deferred LUV jets sent to the desert after 9/11?  Another
two have been called to duty as Southwest increases services and frequencies
this June.  More left coast service from Midway..this time it's non-stop NGs
to San Diego.  Plus Phoenix gets two more daily flights to Orange County
(ouch...this used to be a big yield monopoly route for Cactus!).  Methinks
theres a better chance of seeing those remaining five Southwest jets leaving
Mojave than a rematch of Paula Jones and Tonya Harding this year!
