My thoughts exactly.  It wasn't too long ago that for a few weeks DAL wanted
nothing to do with KAL and was looking for a way to break all ties after
their accidents/incidents.  From what I gather, what it boiled down to was
KAL showed initiative and did a great deal of training at the DL facilities
keeping close ties.

Although, I don't necessarly like the agreement, more power to KAL for their
progress.
