Speaking of new hires , I was told the other day that ACA
is looking into hiring about 300-400 people this year alone.
Even though that sounds like a good number, I also heard that
they have 5000 resumes lined up and they will only accept
people with insider references. The guy who replaced me at the
flight school did an internship with the chief pilot and he 's
starting in April with only 700TT.

Some people have all the luck :)

Yeah, they are starting to spin down the J-41 ops, no more new hires are
going into it but they haven't parked any.
