Okay..require passengers to be at the airport two hours ahead of their
flight; reduce flying by 20%; and keep a lot of spare aircraft in your hub
city and you too can be #1 in on-time performance!  But a win is a win, so
kudos to Cactus and here's how January's Top 10 shakes out:

1)  Am West      86.3%
2)  Southwest     84.6%
3) Continental     83.8%
4) AA                83%
5) US Airways    81.1%
6) United            79.8%
7) Northwest      79.3%
8) Alaska           75%
9) Delta             74.9%

Industry Average:  81% (hmmm..remember when I said these rankings were
meaningless after 9/11?)
