There may not be published fares for through travel, but there is nothing
stopping you from buying tickets for individual sectors. But given the
obviously higher fares, would doing this really be of any use in terms of
Aeroplan membership? Wouldn't it probably be better just to use an Aeroplan
associate airline (probably UA?)?

How does one book an AC flight from the US to US via YYZ if there are no
published fares...?

Being an Aeroplan member and AC being my first choice for all International
Travel, I personally would rather do all my cross country routings thru
YYZ....and perhaps sneak some duty free too!
