ATA, the principal subsidiary of Amtran Inc. and the nation's 11th-large= st airline, cut its flight schedule by 20 percent after the terrorist attacks. ATA has now recalled its entire staff of 400 flight attendants as well as station personnel and other staff to support increased operations.
