Charles, two main questions to start: 1. Who is your internet provider? 2. I can think of several sites on the Internet that can provide you with excellent email at no cost: a. Juno - Juno will provide you with email at no cost. They provide the software and you only logon long enough to send and retrieve email. b. Hotmail - run by Msn.com....no charge, but you must have an IP. c. Mail.com - also free, but need an IP d. And the following provide free email, but you must have an IP: Budweiser, Yahoo.
