Saw a Vacation Express 735 at D terminal today. Anyone familiar with this operation? AFAIK, D is used for commuter-sized aircraft, and the only international gate at BNA is in A terminal. Odd. Also saw a Great Lakes 328JET next to the Vacation Express. I hadn't been aware that Great Lakes serves BNA. Are they operating for one of the majors, or doing this on their own?
