Autoconf build system

Hi all,
i am having autoconf system for Linux
how the same can be used on Windows 
Or what are changes i need to ??

Thanks for the report.  AM_COND_IF is provided by Automake, not autoconf,
but only in newer versions.  Are you sure you are using a new-enough
Automake?  You may have better luck asking on the automake lists.
