D'oh.  I didn't see you wrote the versions after the tools.
I need more coffee.  Sorry about that.

I had hoped it would be an old m4 version.  Now let's look further:
the macro MOZ_READ_MOZCONFIG must be defined somewhere.  Find out where,
and post its definition.
