-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 According to Ralf Wildenhues on 3/20/2008 12:17 PM: | Hello, | | can I assume that autoconf (hence m4) traces output is sorted primarily | in the order they are encountered in configure.ac? Primarily? Always! M4 traces are output in the order encountered (but note that nested macros are traced during argument collection, prior to the trace of the macro they are feeding). Speaking of traces, there's a TODO mentioned in the autoconf sources that m4 can't trace macros called via 'indir'. I've fixed it in the argv_ref branch of m4. - -- Don't work too hard, make some time for fun as well!
