I took a look and saw that (similar to other such surveys I have seen) the survey questions assume stereotypical open source project models and dynamics (as popularized by the press) which rarely actually exist. Maybe they apply to multi-user avatar-based game development in Java, but they are simply not pertinent to the type of developers on this list.

Maybe you can find a different list to post on which is more amenable to such surveys.
