Hi All I wonder if autoconf is capable to detect a glibc function return type? if so, how could i do that? here is my problem, readlink() return type is ssize_t in newer glibc but int in older glibc version. In fedora core or suse, the return type is different even with same glibc version number. so i tried with detect glibc version but failed because of that. thanks. -- Ming Zhang @#$%^ purging memory...
