autoreconf -a should be able to install scripts distributed with
automake, but also usable from autoconf directly:
- install.sh, required by AC_PROG_INSTALL
- config.{guess,sub} required by AC_CANONICAL_HOST
Those are usually installed through automake -a, but when you don't use
use automake, you have to do it manually.
