Hello all, in my package, I configure --localstatedir=/var and store a file as LOCALSTATEDIR "/lib/" PACKAGE "/file.dat". Besides, I use LOCALSTATEDIR "/run/" PACKAGE ".pid". Is this how it was intended to use, or should I configure --localstatedir=/var/lib/package and use LOCALSTATEDIR "/file.dat", and use something else for package.pid? file.dat is the application state data read on the next startup.
