I am currently trying to autoconfiscate a project. I found Autobook very helpful but I still have certain queries.
--- Check for a static library
--- In a predetermined non standard location (ie. it does not exist in /usr/lib or /usr/local/lib)
I am trying to do this currently using AC_CHECK_LIB.
1.How do i specify the additional paths which AC_CHECK_LIB should check?
2.Morever by default AC_CHECK_LIB looks for dynamic libraries.How do I specify that I should look for a static library.
Off the top of my head I'm not sure.
